Senior Counsel

Devon Energy

Chadwick T. Holeman serves as Senior Counsel for Devon Energy, a North American independent producer of oil and natural gas.  Holeman's portfolio of practice areas includes intellectual property portfolio management, innovation, facilities and real estate, public and government affairs, aviation, corporate physical and digital security, and new ventures matters.
 
Holeman is admitted to practice in all U.S. District Courts of Oklahoma; Northern, Western, and Eastern Districts.  Holeman earned his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law and he has an L.L.M. (Global Antitrust Law & Economics) from George Mason University – Antonin Scalia Law School.  Holeman earned his undergraduate and graduate (M.B.A. – Finance and Energy Risk Management) degrees from the University of Houston. 
 
Holeman serves as a director on the boards of Make-A-Wish Oklahoma, Junior Achievement of Oklahoma, as well as the SSM Health St. Anthony Foundation Board.  Holeman is a member of Leadership Oklahoma City (Class 32). 
 
Holeman and his wife Jennifer reside in Edmond, Oklahoma.
