As the founder of Endless Evolution Consulting, Dr. Balée partners with organizations to optimize operations, implement procurement strategies, and lead enterprise transformations. She has served in executive roles, including Chief Transformation Officer and Chief Supply Chain Officer, helping organizations navigate complex transitions while improving performance and governance. Previously, as Vice President of Transformation at Navvis, a leader in value-based care, she spearheaded AI-driven process improvements, developed strategic financial models, and enhanced organizational efficiency. During her decade-long tenure at Ascension, one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the U.S., she held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President, Technology Officer and Vice President & Area Chief Resource Officer. Her leadership at Ascension resulted in over $18 million in cost savings through supply chain and IT optimizations while maintaining high service quality. Dr. Balée holds a Doctorate in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University, an MBA from Webster University, and a BBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Memphis.
