Director of Business Development- FSI Defense

Flight Safety International

Courtland Schafer serves as Director, Business Development at FlightSafety International Defense (FSI Defense) and is responsible for implementing the strategic growth and development plans of new markets and customers as well as core customer retention. He is a retired United States Navy Veteran and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Webster University, Master of Science Degree from Florida Institute of Technology, and is a graduate of the Naval Senior Enlisted Academy. He has a demonstrated history of working in the aviation and aerospace industry and is skilled in the U.S. Department of Defense acquisition process and Strategic Planning.
