In this role, she provides strategic direction to cultivate a safety-sensitive culture across all company divisions and manages a team dedicated to achieving safety excellence.
Throughout her career, Danica has distinguished herself by successfully implementing safety policies, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Prior to her current position, Danica held essential roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Product Director focusing on Emerging Risk and ESG strategies, as well as at H-E-B, where she managed comprehensive safety programs and compliance initiatives. Danica is also dedicated to education and mentorship, having contributed as an adjunct faculty member at Odessa Community College and authored several articles on safety management. She continues to enhance her skills through various certifications, including Certified Safety Leadership Coach and Certified Executive Leadership Coach.
