She is a wife, mother of a special needs' young adult, and a visionary leader with 20+ years in leadership. Dr. B is most passionate about intentional success, improving the quality of life for indivuals through innovation, impacting health outcomes by transformational leadership, and empowering others to achieve their dreams, leading by example.
As the Vice President of Population Health, Clinical Operations, Health Strategy, at Oklahoma Complete Health (OCH), a Centene Corporation subsidiary, Dr. B. oversees the development and implementation of all innovative strategies and clinical programs for Medicaid, Marketplace, Medicare, and special populations. Additionally, she has served as adjunct faculty at the University of Central Oklahoma, sharing her expertise and insights with the next generation of nurses. Dr. B is a graduate of the University of Texas at Tyler with a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Nursing Leadership. She also has a Master of Nursing Education from Prairie View A&M University, and undergraduate degrees in business administration from Southern University A&M, and nursing from Texas Woman's University. Dr. B is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Incorporated and enjoys spending time with her family, watching HGTV, and traveling in her spare time. |
