Ebony is the dynamic Managing Director of Admissions at Merit America, where she leads the admissions journey from application to program launch. Her "A-Team" is dedicated to assessing candidates, answering questions, and guiding prospective learners toward success in the Merit America program.

With a 14-year career in the U.S. Army, Ebony brings a wealth of experience, having served as an enlisted Medic, Human Resources Sergeant, and later as an Engineer Officer. Her military journey included roles as a Drill Sergeant and deployments to Iraq and Cuba.

Ebony holds an MBA with a leadership concentration from the University of Houston Downtown and is the founder of Ebony Furr Fitness. She’s deeply passionate about fitness, community service, and empowering others to reach their full potential.
