Elizabeth (Liz) Skelton leads a team of project managers in implementation at Paylocity, bringing a dynamic blend of leadership, creativity, and cross-industry experience to her role. Before entering the tech space, Liz built a successful career in broadcast television—earning an Emmy Award for her work—and began her professional journey in the performing arts.

A full-time working mom, Liz is passionate about empowering women to thrive both personally and professionally. She believes in the importance of showing up fully—as a leader, a parent, and a contributor—and is proud to serve on the advisory board for the University of Oklahoma’s Women in Leadership program, supporting the next generation of women leaders.
