Joined the Ideal Homes team in 2002. Built 100's of homes in the Norman area before becoming Vice President of Construction. 
Partnered with local universities to develop a successful construction internship program. Created a scholarship for OU construction science and design majors. Community service advocate and youth ministry leader.
