Regional Clinical Officer

GRAND Mental Health

I started my journey with GRAND Mental Health through my internship for my Masters in Social Work with University of Oklahoma. While with GRAND Mental Health I focused on enhancing my clinical skills as a therapist moving into a clinical administrator position. In this role I was able to build skills in team building, management, and community partnership. A transition into training brought knowledge of working to enhance the success of others with a focus on learning.

​I then moved into the position of Clinical Director focusing on leadership for the county I was tasked with managing. Soon after I was promoted in the role of Regional Clinical Officer where I work to build the skills of leaders I work directly with. Upon my journey in mental health I have had a various experiences to enhance my clinical skills and use this knowledge to support others. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor.

​I hold an Infant Mental Heath Endorsement and am a Registered Play Therapist. I have a strong focus in reflective consultation to support staff in providing quality care across the lifespan. Holding a National Certification in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy I bring a focus in Trauma in both my clinical and leadership approach. Utilizing a trauma awareness and reflective space I work to help leaders within GRAND Mental Health.
