Kelly Gaide is a seasoned attorney based in Wichita, Kansas, with over 16 years of legal experience spanning multiple jurisdictions, including California, Texas, and Kansas. Her practice focuses on complex corporate and transactional matters, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, dispute and litigation strategy, and strategic business operations. She brings deep cross-sector expertise, having advised clients and companies across the oil and gas, aerospace and defense, and healthcare technology industries—including SaaS and data-as-a-service (DaaS) platforms.

Kelly earned her J.D. from McGeorge School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University. She is licensed to practice in California, Texas, and Kansas, and currently serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Inovalon, Inc.
