Leona is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader with experience recruiting across multiple industries, including tech, aerospace, manufacturing, and healthcare. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and recently completed her Master’s in Human Relations at Oklahoma University.

Passionate about trauma-informed leadership and psychological safety, Leona is pioneering efforts to embed resilience, empathy, and emotional intelligence into HR and leadership practices. She authors Workplace Digest, a thought leadership newsletter addressing workplace trauma, leadership, and inclusive workplace culture.
