My name is Natasha Santana, and I am the Teacher Engagement Coordinator for NATRI. I have my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and earned my Master's degree in School Counseling a couple of years ago. I worked in Public Education for 11 years as a classroom teacher and a school counselor.

​My other time has been spent working for Cherokee Nation as a Head Start Lead Teacher and I currently work with the Education Services Administration team under the Native American Teacher Retention Initiative grant. I love working with teachers, students, and families. I have three children and enjoy doing anything outdoors and spending time with my family and friends.
