With nearly 20 years of global experience, Omar Al-Doori is a product executive dedicated to building solutions that directly address customer pain points and elevate user experiences. As Senior Group Product Manager at Paylocity, he leads mobile-first innovations in HCM and payroll tech—driving massive adoption growth and delivering multi-million dollar value by focusing on what users need most: speed, clarity, and reliability.

Throughout his career, he has consistently embedded customer voice into every stage of product development, launching intuitive experiences powered by AI, behavior-driven insights, and accessibility-focused design. His work has resolved major friction points for millions of users—ranging from missed punches to confusing onboarding flows—by aligning technical capabilities with real-world customer needs.

Prior to Paylocity, he held leadership roles at Paycom and du Telecom, where he delivered scalable platforms that simplified compliance, transformed onboarding, and improved digital engagement. He also advises on inclusive hiring practices, mentors future product leaders, and drives innovation through his own venture, Velmora.
