System Chief Nursing OfficerINTEGRIS HealthDr. Patricia “Pidge” Lohr is an accomplished nursing executive and System Chief Nursing Officer for INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system. In this role, she leads strategic initiatives in patient safety, workforce development, clinical quality, and professional governance across hospitals and ambulatory sites.
With more than 15 years of executive leadership at Kaiser Permanente, Prisma Health, and Tenet Healthcare, Dr. Lohr brings broad experience from urban academic centers to rural critical access hospitals. She has co-developed a bi-national pediatric trauma conference, served on state and national advisory boards—including the Texas Governor’s EMS/Trauma Advisory Committee—and spent seven years as a Supervisory Nurse on the U.S. Disaster Medical Assistance Team. Dr. Lohr is a Certified Executive in Nursing Practice (CENP) and serves on multiple boards, including Community Hospital, Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma, and Oklahoma Baptist University’s Nursing Advisory Board. She is also active in the Oklahoma Organization of Nurse Executives, AONL, and ANA. Passionate about advancing the nursing profession, she is dedicated to building strong teams, improving patient outcomes, and expanding equitable access to education, credentialing, and safe practice worldwide. |
