First Security Bank and Trust

Sharee Peterson is an accomplished banking professional with over 16 years of experience in financial services, customer care, fraud prevention, and digital banking innovation. Currently serving as Vice President, Customer Care Manager, and held position as Accounting Manager, and BSA Officer at First Security Bank & Trust Company in Oklahoma City, Sharee oversees digital banking operations, exception processing, and special projects, while leading customer service initiatives with a strong focus on operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Sharee brings a unique blend of leadership, empathy, and precision to every role she undertakes. She has extensive experience in ACH processing, wire transfers, general ledger balancing, and Bank Secrecy Act compliance, and has a proven track record of strengthening operational standards and supporting both internal teams and customers with care and clarity.

Outside of work, Sharee is a proud wife of 17 years and a devoted mother of five. Her personal and professional life is guided by a commitment to service, integrity, and continuous growth.
