Higher Ed Change Agents

Dr. Theresa Billiot, President of Higher Ed Change Agents, LLC, partners with colleges and universities to enhance academic programs, boost enrollment, optimize retention strategies, and provide leadership coaching for new administrators. Her innovative approaches push the boundaries of higher education to deliver exceptional student experiences. With extensive experience as a Vice President of Academics, tenured marketing professor, and member of a sub-advisory board collaborating with movie studio executives in Burbank, CA, Dr. Billiot brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to move programs forward.

​Her professional journey also includes high-energy roles in sales with Clear Channel Radio and the National Hockey Leagues’s Florida Panthers in South Florida. Dr. Billiot is grounded in her Christian faith, which guides her leadership and commitment to ethical practices. In her free time, she enjoys practicing conversational Spanish and French and Cajun cooking with her family.
