Tracy has lived and worked internationally in the Philippines, Israel and the United States, bringing a rich multicultural perspective to her roles. In her career, she has spearheaded global performance management, competency development, and mission/vision/values initiatives, while also heading corporate training, compliance, talent development and operations teams. As Head of Global Learning Solutions, Tracy was a key member of the executive sales team, contributing to new business opportunities and ensuring seamless delivery of organizational development programs. In addition, Tracy has led global curriculum development, learning management systems resources, and talent development strategies, creating a comprehensive talent development framework for systems, processes, and tools.
