Wendi currently serves as a Senior Planning and Grants Project Manager at WSB Engineering, bringing more than 20 years of experience in public safety along with a strong educational background. Her career spans from working on the fire line and managing emergency operations centers to coordinating events and deploying for national disasters, showcasing her ability to lead in challenging and high-pressure situations.

​Throughout her career, Wendi has held numerous leadership roles and served on various boards, always demonstrating a commitment to advancing her field and supporting her community. She is particularly passionate about empowering women in male-dominated industries to be authentic and strong leaders, as well as inspiring young people to pursue leadership and personal growth from an early age. Wendi is dedicated to guiding others in making a positive and lasting impact wherever they go.
